Leaving town Must sell!! 77 kit companion 24'x8'wide 3500-3800 dry weight trailer/tiny home in great shape everything works but haven't checked furnace(no thermostat) I know nothing about the furnace so assume it doesn't work until you can clean and test it newer water heater ,pipes new floor and all original paper work and manuals has revamped living area and bathroom with queen size bed a twin size top bunk and full bath/shower area. trailer needs a windows replaced due to thieves stealing a/c and broke side panel easy fix but still a great trailer/tiny home no leaks that I'm aware of keep tarps on during winter. $3,000 cash and serious offers only please .please have cash ready and know what your looking at no tire kickers please 971-570 three two four three text preferred thanks for looking
