Aspect27k in Maiden, Lincoln County, North Carolina

We are selling our 2013 Aspect with 44.4K miles. The unit is powered by the
Ford V-10 Triton engine. The transmission is a 5 speed with overdrive. It has a 55 gal gas tank and an 18 gal propane tank along with a 6 gal electric and propane water heater. There are two slides, one for the bdroom and one for the dining area, both furnished with slide toppers. Freshwater capacity is 40 G, Blackwater is 34 G and Greywater is 31 G. There is a 30 K BTU ducted furnace, a 13.5 K ducted air conditioner and a ducted heat pump.
The unit has a Queen rear bed that is usable without opening the slide. A 4 K Onan generator provides AC power on the road. An HWI coach leveling system has been factory installed. Included is a convertable dinette bed that inflates the matress with compressed air. There are two dinette tables included, one standard size and one oversize. A spare tire is mounted in the rear cargo area. The coach has both a rear and a front class II receiver hitch. Interior woodwork is hardwood finished in Cherry. Air assist rear suspension, Power awning, and back up camera are all included. The bathroom is equipped with A porcelain commode and the bedroom has a roof mounted Fantastic Fan. Two TV's are standard as is an outdoor entertainment system (CD player and speakers)
The front and rear cap of the Aspect has a nice aerodynamic design to it that no doubt pays off with increased fuel mileage compared to the square box design.
The coach handles all roads well, is easy to operate and it drives like a large pickup truck and gets around 10 mpg depending how fast you drive.
