It is 41' 11" in length with 3 slide outs, it includes an outside 32" flats screen TV, cabinets and refrigerator. Lived in for 2 years and has only been hauled approximately 160 miles so tires are still in good condition.

It has a brand new gooseneck ball hitch that was placed on camper when I purchased it, also includes 2 air conditioning units and 3 sky lights. Storage compartments are very spacious, water lines are easy to use, and trailer does have a water filter system. Power jacks and stablizer, power awning with LED lighting and speaker system for both outside and inside(includes bluetooth). Inside design is rear "L" shaped kitchen with microwave, oven, double sink, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer. Dining area is located right off of kitchen with 4 chairs.

Living room has 2 slides that include movie theater seats, small couch that pulls out into a full bed, 42" flat screen TV over the electric fireplace. Bathroom is a nice size with a full shower, and ventilation. The bedroom has king size bed, TV hookup above dresser, and wardrobe closet with a washer-dryer hook up. Very well kept, pet free and smoke free home.
