2013 Coachman Clipper Pop Up in Swartz Creek, Genesee, Michigan

Purchased in May of 2014 new. I used it one time for a 4 day camping trip.
Perfect camper for 1 or 2, even 3 can sleep comfortably. On cool evening you can turn on the heated king size bed or just turn the furnace thermostat and it will lite automatically. You want hot water, just flick a switch on and in minutes you have hot water, no need to light anything.
Shower is great for showers or just to rinse your feet off, outside shower is great to rinse off after swimming. The bathroom is great for those middle of the night bathroom runs.

I just found with my health problems I wasn't able to put it up and down.

Includes the container that sits on the front of the camper with camping equipment - water hoses, electrical cords, misc. equipment.

Includes inside - new toaster oven and new microwave.
