Has new tires, 2 30lbs propane tanks full, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, am fm tape player with aux line in for any media player or laptop. It also has a 26" led hd flatscreen with dvd player. full bathroom including tub and shower. We have used it three trips this year and you wont be disappointed it is a lighter 4225lbs so it can be towed with the smallest v-8. asking $2450
