Description

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house looking for someone to rent out one of the rooms. You will have your own bath and there is a basic home gym you can use as well. I have two dogs so you must like dogs. I work a lot, drink occasionally, no smoking in the house, and keep things clean. I have a fenced in backyard and pool right across the street that you will have access to. Room is currently furnished if needed but the furniture can also be removed. I'm asking $550 including utilities, internet, and cable that will be due the 1st of every month. I prefer at least a 6 month lease but would consider less. No families or kids. No cats. Contact for more info
