We are looking for a big house that we can remodel and make our own. 2 or more beds, baths, 2 or more acres. We need a yard to build garage and shops n such, we do Not want to live in town and preferably no neighbors, we love the quiet n privacy. our budget is up to $150,000 if we have to do a lot of work or up to $230,000 if it doesn't need remodeled.
