Recently remodeled house in town. Owner travels extensively and would like to share house with single woman. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utilities, WiFi, laundry, off-street parking, fenced.

Rent is $600/month which includes cleaning every 2 weeks. When owner (retired woman) is traveling, rent is $250/month in exchange for care of house and two cats.
