I am looking to rent out two bedrooms in my home. Both are the same size. Inside both is a bed of a certain type. In the upstairs bedroom the bed is a pull out couch. Downstairs has a regular bed. The person in the upstairs bedroom has a walk-in closet. As depicted in the pictures there is plenty room to design it the way you want. The room in the picture shows exercise equipment but it can be moved out for the tenant. In the downstairs bedroom (if the tenant wants to work from home) there is a desk that can be used by the tenant. Both rooms also come with a dresser, T.V., and internet in order to stream devices. The tenant will need to get either a Fire Stick or Roku to use for Hulu or Netflix. The rent is $700 a month as it includes your Water, Electricity, and a Laundry room to wash your clothing. This is a chance for a renter that is needing to save their money but is having a hard time. I understand that there are hotels but living here you will pay rent once instead of each week. There are three fridges and one room has a small one inside. The tenant can buy locks for their doors for privacy.
