This one bedroom apartment in The Meadows is 685 square feet. It is a first floor apartment with a walk out patio door. The bedroom is huge. It is in a quiet building and I rarely hear any noise from the neighbors. There is also ample parking around the building and no need for assigned spots.

The complex has two in-ground pools, a work out facility, clubhouse, movie room, commons area, and several tennis courts.

The rent is $765 and includes everything except electric and cable/internet. I pay about $20-$28/month in electric and do not have cable/internet.
