One bedroom apartment for rent in south-eastern La Crosse at Arrowhead Apartments. $579 a month. First floor apartment in two story building. Great closet space and spacious patio. 750 square feet. One parking spot comes with the apartment and you can pay extra for a second spot. Pets are welcome. Pets need to be under 20 pounds and extra charge per month. 2 pet limit. We recently put in flowers on one side of the patio to add some character. It's right below the bluffs on the south side of La Crosse, beautiful view in the fall! Very nice, safe and friendly neighborhood. We are looking to be moved out by January but if you need the apartment sooner or a little after, we can talk about making accommodations to make that happen. We signed our lease for August 2016 but due to internship and new job placements we need to move away.

You will need to apply for the apartment and do the proper background checks as you will not be subleasing from us but becoming a tenant of Arrowhead apartments and the apartment will be yours.
