Very unique, old canvas folding stretcher gurney; may be military. The front is painted in black: "Goodfellow's Pharmacy Castle Rock, WN". I looked it up and WN is another legal abbreviation for WA (Washington). I'm not sure what year this is from, but I'm thinking early to mid 1900's based on the hardware on the back. This would be really cool as a conversation piece in your home hanging on a wall or standing in the corner of a room.
