Description

New condition. Light the candles and watch the carousel turn as the heat from the candles rises and turns the fan blades Beautiful colors on wood and characters. This 4-tier style is the most elaborate and expensive. The German made ones can cost $250-$400.. I'm not sure where this one was made. It is rare to find these that are complete with all the characters and fan blades as they are delicate. It is truly mesmerizing.
