Description

Do to job change I am selling my Mobile. This is a fixer and the price is firm as I am selling at a loss. I have lived there for the last two and a half years so yes. You can live there while comleteing it to make it your own. This is a 1977 two bedroom - two bath mobile. 900 sq feet. Very spacious for a single wide. 2015 taxes are paid in full.

Guest bath is completely functional which is the one I used. The master needs completed. Heat needs installed (I was going to put ductless in). I heated with two space heaters. Has all new plumbing. You can email me for additional info. Space rent is 480 per month which covers water, sewer and garbage. Must pass credit and background check. Quiet park with great neighbors. Will be available the 1st of June (still have to clean and move a few more things).
