In search of compatible musicians in Okanogan County, Washington

I am a singer/songwriter/guitar player (rhythm), poet and author of short stories.
I am looking for musicians to play and record with. Someone to write, arrange and record with. Someone to help me record songs already written and also record songs you've written. Someone to motivate me and vis versa. This is not a job, it is a passion and a pleasure. Basically, I am looking for friends I haven't met yet to to enjoy music and friendship with. Your level of experience is not extremely important. Your age and sex is not important, (I'm no spring chicken). I have been doing this of and on for years. My musical other half passed away three years ago and I'm having trouble working alone.
