During the boom years three newspapers were published in Fort Payne:
- The Fort Payne Journal
- Fort Payne Herald
- Payne Weekly People
I am looking for any issues of these three newspapers during the time of 1889-1891. Newspapers from surrounding cities from DeKalb county during the same period are also of interest. I am offering $100-$500 per issue for any of the three listed above from 1889-1891 based on condition. Even partial pages, bits and pieces and clippings are of interest to me.
