Description

Retired couple seeking less than an acre on which to build a small (1000 sq ft) house. Would like to be south of Louisburg to be close to son. Husband is retired HVAC contractor and wife a retired teacher. Lived a country life; would like to continue. Do you have property that you wouldn’t mind carving a small lot from?
