My brother Joshua is 35 with a wife and 3 young children. He recently was diagnosed with brain cancer, & just finished chemo/radiation. He has some "bucket list" things he love to do before he leaves us...

We grew up hunting together with our family and it's always been Joshua's desire to harvest an elk. I've been in contact with Pat Matthews @ ODFW and he says we need to find a landowner that's willing to let us on, that's having an elk problem. Our uncles both live in Joseph but only deer are their only issue :) I'm hoping this message will find someone that's willing to help me, help my brother fulfill his desire of taking an elk. We are responsible and have references in Wallowa county that will confirm our manners.
