Description

Unlike the black walnuts that can be bought in stores right now these nuts are this year's fresh crop. They have been harvested, hulled, washed, cracked and the nut meats sorted out by hand. These are larger pieces of nuts with the finer pieces sifted out. They have been double checked for pieces of shell, although like any nuts, they may still contain shell pieces so it's always best to check them well before using.
