This desk is BRAND NEW and was shipped directly from HON on Sept-18-2018 (I have the bill of sale). The desk was received in PERFECT condition except the pedestal was misaligned. I reported this issue to HON and they decided to send me a replacement desk instead of re-aligning the pedestal (easy fix). So now I have 2 desks – I only need one.
