NORMAL SIGNS OF WEAR OVER THE DECADES
Althoug Textured finish diminish them greatly. I personally liked the little marks on it, so when I made it I didn't put tick layers of paint of try smoothing them off.

GIVES THE ILLUSION OF BEING COVERED IN LEATHER WHEN IS LIGHTS ARE DIMMED.

SURROUNDED BY 1/2" SILVER CHROMED STUDS SPACED METHODICALLY.

Excellent condition, structurally. Cosmetically, there will be the normal scuffs, dings, and scratches associated with regular daily household use over 5 decades. Most furniture that old does, IT could be lightly sand and retouched ( I will share the thecniques and tools used) Evidence of use due to the soft nature of exterior wood is normal and I personally recommend not sanding but just filling and smoothing with acrylic paint and texture . As typical, the most evidence of use is on the top. The bottom molding and a portion down low next to the floor has cosmetic wear but very little ( see detailed pics).

The price has been reduced for cosmetic evidence of use and my lack of time to re-texture it at the present moment as we are moving.
