Amish Built TV Corner Amoire Cabinet Hutch. Excellent Clean Condition! in Madison, Lake County, Ohio

This is a two piece unit. The back with the holes for the media cords is solid oak. The two back sides appear to be oak veneer (see pictures). The two front short sides, 4 doors, drawer and shelves are solid oak (see pictures).

The top unit has 2 bi-fold doors, two shelves which can be adjusted and a pull out swivel tray. The shelf which is shown in the photos is very slightly bowed (see photo); however, the second shelf has never been used and has been stored on top of the cabinet. The shelf in the upper cabinet is adjustable. There are 2 surface scratches on the back of the top unit (see photos) by the back of the tray which apparently happened during manufacturing.

The TV we had in this cabinet is a 39 inch diagonal. The actual size of the TV is approximately 39 1/4 inches wide and 24 1/4 inches tall. The actual TV screen (picture) size is approximately 34 inches wide by 19 inches high. The width of the cabinet opening is approximately 35 inches. Since this is a corner unit with doors, please consider the actual width of the TV (not the diagonal measurement) when determining the size of TV that will fit into the opening.

Since this is a corner unit, you need approximately 36 inches of wall space on each side.
The depth from the back wall to the front edge measures approximately 24 inches.
The front edge to edge measures approximately 36 3/4 inches
The sides measure approximately 9 inches
The overall height is approximately 76 1/4 inches
The pullout swivel tray is approximately 25 3/4 inches wide by 18 inches deep
