Description

1979 Mobile home for free. We bought it expecting to fix it up and we just didnt have the time or money. We ripped the flooring out and found out there was some water damage and then found out it needs plumbing work. The furnace is out as well and it will probably need a new roof soon, I could be very cute if someone had the time to put into it. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with about 950 SF.
