Description

Ankarsrum Assistent Swedish made mixer, used less than a year. Selling because it is much more mixer than I need. It is different than most mixers in that the bowl rotates and the mixing arm remains stationary. The top of the bowl is open to view making it really easy to add ingredients, and it holds a lot of dough in the 7.5 quart bowl. It also comes with a smaller mixing bowl that is made of durable Tritan Copolyester. The Ankarsrum is a real workhorse so if you do a lot of baking this mixer is an excellent choice. It is the Forest Green color. Paid $749.95, selling price is non negotiable.
