LIKE NEW JOHN DEERE 997 Z-TRACK w/ ONLY 220 hrs on it. Has the 31 h.p. YANMAR Diesel engine and the high-end Parker-Ross cross-fed hydraulic drives. JUST SERVICED, NEVER USED COMMERCIALLY, STORED INSIDE, & ONLY ONE OWNER (the condition clearly tells this tale). This was, and still is, the top-of the line John Deere zero turn mower. The "7-Iron Pro," 7-gauge, one-piece, stamped-steel, 72"side-discharge deck is set up with both the mulching kit (a $500 attachment) and the roller kit to stripe the grass like a professional (a $500 attachment). Also includes the bumper & grill guard to protect the rear hood (a $500 attachment). For comfort and ease of use, it includes the "Deluxe Comfort Seat" that is wider and deeper with extra padding & springs (a $600 upgrade), an electro-hydraulic deck lift mechanism, and deluxe thumb controls on the sticks to work everything. Comes with an extra set of blades and the side-discharge chute which aren't pictured. These commercial Z997 ZTR mowers typically last for over 3000 hrs., and sell new for around $23K+ (without the upgrades, and then add the tax - it's not pretty).
