105 Gallon Transfer Tank in Yamhill, Yamhill, Oregon

i want to sell this transfer tank and pump. The tank does not leak and is in very good condition. Comes with tank, pump, two sets of hoses for reach, 12 volt hook up, that disconnects with alligator clips and the nozzle. I got the tank reinforced at the pump for vibration by a welding shop and when I got it back I put diesel in it right away. Went to fill the tractor and what came out was brown! The only thing I could figure is the welding shop put water in the tank to weld it and didn't tell me or clean it out before sending it with me. I tried pumping out the water with a hand pump and then adding star tron tank cleaner and pumping out again then clean diesel and treating. Someone said it needs drained and left with a fan blowing over the fill hole till the tank is completely dry. I don't have the time for it. It has about 70 gals diesel in it. Wanting $400.
