These two Acer monitors have a 1920x1080 resolution which is the "sweet spot" for gaming. It has a gorgeous IPS panel for Picture/Video editing. It's even preferable among some gamers. Speaking of gaming, this Acer monitor exceeds past your basic 60Hz monitor up to 75Hz (not overclocked). It's not the greatest, but it's most definitely not the worst. 75Hz will get the job done for even the latest AAA games. It's not to shabby either with it's 4ms response time. Has 16:9 aspect ratio & AMD Freesync compatible all on an ultra thin zero frame. If you decide you like this monitor & looking double up your view with another, then it's perfect as the Acer SB220Q(bi) also has a VGA slot along with of course a HDMI slot as well. It does have a tilt adjustment too The only two downfalls are no VESA mounting on the back which at 1st infuriated me. Because I am monitor on the wall kind of guy. But I got used to it and I'm glad that I stuck with it. The other being that it does not have a DisplayPort. It's funny because those are two things that I look for in a monitor 1st. But I think was worth every penny. Cheers -
