Description

On Sunday, October 6, 2019, the VSK will be hosting a pair of self defense seminars:
Kids and Teens: 2:00 - 4:00pm - We will focus on self defense and anti-bullying as well as building self confidence.
Adults: 4:00 - 6:00pm - We will focus on self defense and self confidence.
Donations welcome. All proceeds will go to Relay for Life to support the fight against cancer! Please come show your support.
